Our Mission
Jenny’s Dream is a 501C3 not-for-profit dog rescue located in Pennsylvania. Founder, Tracy Rivers, works tirelessly saving as many abandoned, abused and neglected souls as she possibly can. Whether the dogs are left starving on the side of the road or ditched at a high-kill shelter with little or no hope of getting out alive, she is there fighting to save them.
